Employees are granted up to three consecutive calendar days leave (scheduled work days) with pay in case of death in a current, immediate family member; one day for current in-law, aunt, uncle, first cousin.
Employees will receive their regular pay, but compensation for jury will be turned over by the employee to MHPl to compensate for time lost. Granted to full-time and part-time employees, for scheduled working days.
Employees will receive benefit assistance for active duty call for military leave.
MHP operates under a paid time off (PTO) system. The PTO system provides employees with a bank of hours to use as they wish to cover any time off from work, including holidays. All full-time and part-time employees earn PTO based on hours paid per week beginning with their first paycheck. PTO accrues to a maximum of 40 hours a week, excluding call time. PTO accrual rate is based on years of continuous employment.
