Careers: Special Pay
Call Back Pay:
Call back pay is paid at time and a half, except on holidays when it is double time.
On-Call Pay:
On-call pay is $1.00 per hour for all on-call positions. Double on-call pay is paid on holidays.
Shift Differential Pay:
3 pm-11 pm Shift: $1.00
11 pm-7 am Shift: $1.50
Weekend Packages:
Employees receive additional compensation for working weekend packages at MHP.
PRN (Occasional)- MHP Staff:
PRN staff members receive base rate + 25%
24 Hour Call In Pay:
Employees who are called in to work within 24 hours of the start of a shift will receive 1 1/2 times their regular rate of pay
