Cardiac Rehab and Sleep Support Group

Meets the third Monday of every other month, beginning with January 2010, to discuss topics related to heart health and better sleep. Meetings are held on the first floor of the hospital in the Cardiac Rehabilitation Department, located at the far end of the hallway outside the Birthing Center. The group meets from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. For more information, contact MHP Cardiac Rehabilitation Department by calling
