Mahaska Health Partnership’s send a patient greeting service is free for any patient currently in the hospital. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver cards to patients that are visiting the hospital for outpatient surgery, testing, or the emergency room. Also, we are unable to deliver cards to patients that have been discharged from the hospital.
Patient greetings must be sent by 10:00 a.m. CST to be delivered the same day. Greetings sent on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Monday.
Mahaska Health Partnership reserves the right to read and review all cards. Those cards containing unsuitable or offensive messages will not be delivered.
