Mahaska Health Partnership's Occupational Health Services office is located on second floor of the Medical Specialty Center in Oskaloosa. For driving directions to the Occupational Health office, click Get Directions from the list below.

Occupational Health Services is open from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Additional appointment times may be arranged.

	Post-offer/Pre-placement physicals DOT/Bus driver physicals Emergency and follow-up care for on-the-job injuries and illness Return to work assessments Referral to specialists for follow-up and/or IME Immunizations (Hepatitis B, Tetanus, Influenza, MMR, Varicella...) Consultation and education on occupational health concerns

Get Directions:

	To find the Occupational Health office begin by traveling east on C Avenue East, you will see a purple sign that says "Occupational Health" on the MHP campus. At that sign, turn left into the parking lot and enter at the double sliding doors. Once inside the doors, turn right down the hallway and the Occupational Health office will be the first door on your right.
