Occupational Therapy
Registered occupational therapists provide the following services as outpatient therapy in the hospital and in the patient's home.
Occupational Therapy services include the following:
- Hand therapy
- Splint fabrication/fitting
- Re-education of arm/hand function
- Visual/perceptual motor treatment
- Activities of daily living skills training
- Adaptive equipment/fabrication training
- Home safety/accessibility evaluation
- Wheelchair/posture evaluation and treatment
- Wound care
- Ergonomic/Industrial analysis and rehab
