Radiology
The Mahaska Hospital Radiology Department is located on the ground level of the
hospital at 1229 C Avenue East, Oskaloosa. The department features state-of-the-art equipment. The ultrasound, CT, and MRI machines were all new in 2004.
The Radiology Department is accredited by the FDA's Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA).
The department provides service in a variety of diagnostic procedures including the following:
- Bone density scans
- CT scans
- Mammography
- MRI scans
- Nuclear medicine scans
- Ultrasound
- Stereotactic breast biopsy
