The Diabetes Support Group is offers generalized information of interest to diabetics. A speaker will provide information for approximately 30 minutes followed by general discussion. The group is lead by a member of the Diabetes WISE team.

This group is an open based session for all types of cancer survivors. It is set in a comfortable environment. Refreshments are served. Each meeting has an open agenda and there are guest speakers at times. The group is designed to support as well as educate cancer survivors and their loved ones.

The Cardiac Support Group, "Second Chance" helps cardiac patients learn new information and keep them motivated in the life style changes they have made. There are speakers, videos, handouts and games.

The goal of the Grief Connection is to aid in the journey of grief by providing a safe place to express feelings with others who have also experienced the loss of a loved one, to increase understanding of the grieving process, and to offer suggestions for coping with loss.
