Vision Quest is located on the third floor of Mahaska Hospital at 1229 C Avenue East, Oskaloosa. As a part of the Mahaska Health Partnership team, Vision Quest is an acute geriatric behavioral health unit designed to diagnose and treat the complex problems of senior adults.

Vision Quest provides services for a variety of illnesses including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, dementia related behavior problems, and increased intensity of existing mental illness.
